Waggex FaceLens uses facial recognition features solely for employee attendance verification purposes. When enabled by an authorized organization, the app may capture a live facial image during employee check-in or check-out and generate a facial template or mathematical representation for identity matching.

  • Live facial image captured during attendance marking
  • Enrolled profile image provided by the organization or employee
  • Facial template / biometric representation generated for comparison
  • Attendance event data such as date, time, device, and successful verification status

We do not collect face data for public identification, advertising, profiling, or unrelated monitoring purposes.

8. How Face Data Is Used

Face data is used only for the following limited purposes:

  • Verify the identity of a registered employee
  • Prevent proxy or fraudulent attendance marking
  • Record accurate check-in and check-out attendance
  • Improve the security and reliability of attendance processes

  • Attendance capture images may be retained for a limited operational period
  • Facial templates may remain active while the employee remains enrolled in the customer organization’s system
  • Face data may be deleted when an employee is removed, the account is terminated, or a valid deletion request is processed, subject to applicable law

12. User / Organization Controls

Organizations using Waggex FaceLens are responsible for obtaining any required employee notices or consents under applicable law. Authorized administrators may request deletion or management of employee face data in accordance with account controls and legal requirements.

13. Use of Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are stored on your device. We use cookies to:

  • Essential Functionality: To securely log you in and remember your preferences.
